Practically Perfect Arts is small company located in Greenwood, In. that specializes in boutique hair bows. Here all of our items are handmade with "Grandmas Touch" as we like to say. All of our bows have heat treated ends to prevent from fraying, all the centers are hand sewn to make a neater, cleaner, and more stable center. This also helps keep it from falling apart like some store bought bows you may have seen.
